Dammit, Jim, I'm a doctor, not a dairy spread! Star Trek fans have a unique, delicious take on their heroes. Butter sculptor Sarah Pratt unveiled her lifesize butter — yes, you read that correctly — sculptures of Mr. Spock, Captain Kirk, Dr. McCoy and Uhura at the Iowa State Fair in 2016. There is a giant, creamy Enterprise, too. These butter sculptures were created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek.

We are equal parts excited about this and shocked by it. How many people can say they can create a likeness of Leonard Nimoy out of dairy products? Take a look at a couple of the sculptures via KCCI Des Moines.
