Bell, the former owner of Penthouse magazine and Broadway producer, put his earnings towards creating the house of Trekkies' dreams. This sprawling Boca Raton residence has has been on and off the market since 2014. It just reappeared on the real estate market for a staggering $29.9 million. Oh, yeah, and all that Trek memorabilia can be yours for an additional $10 million.
