George Reeves stars as Superman, the strange visitor from another planet who fights for truth, justice and the American way, while also moonlighting as mild-mannered reporter Clark Kent.

    Jimmy Olsen visits his aunt and discovers a group of smugglers on her island home.

    S1/EP 3 - The Case of the Talkative Dummy

    Armored cars are robbed and then disappear. A ventriloquist's dummy is used to transmit the armored cars' routes.

    S1/EP 4 - Mystery of the Broken Statues

    Two elderly men buy and destroy small statues all over Metropolis. Lois investigates; she is captured and almost killed before Superman rescues her.

    A secret formula used in defense of atomic warfare is stolen. Superman uses a trained monkey to help get it back.

    Lois Lane is vacationing in Canada when she is kidnapped by gunmen. Jimmy tries to help her, but gets captured as well.

    Madame Selena, operator of a wax museum, predicts deaths that come true. When Mr. White disappears, Superman investigates.

    Mr. Pebble, a prospector, donates a silver mine to a children's fund. A crook impersonates him and captures Mr. Pebbles, Lois, and Jimmy.
